Control your customer’s journey with a Call Routing Plan

With a business telephone number (such as an 0300, 0333, 0345, 0800 Freephone, or a free 0845 number) you have a wealth of add-ons available to you, each of which can help your business.

A call routing plan means that you have full control of where your number goes at exactly what time, thanks to our online control panel. Want to set up a call queue so that your customers aren’t stuck with a continuous ringing noise? Or a menu so that your customer can choose which department or branch they need to get hold of? All of these and more are possible.

For example, you can set your number up in such a way that it goes to one number during a certain time of day (e.g. Monday to Friday 9am-5pm) but to another number, or straight to voicemail outside of these hours.

Or, you could have your business number divert to one number initially, and then if that it is busy or doesn’t answer – it can seamlessly divertto a different number instead! This is especially good for those that are often out and about for work and aren’t able to answer their mobile while driving, or those who have a high volume of calls and would like a way for someone else to answer the call while they are busy.

These options allow you to have full control of the customer’s journey when they call into your number, ensuring that they always get through to someone that is able to help them with their query.
